Worst reservation system. Tried to add on an additional night, was rudely told that they can't help me because they use a third party booking site. Called third party booking site and they couldn't add on an additional night without canceling first reservation (with a canceling fee), so they just did an additional separate reservation. Really? How hard is it to add on an additional night? Please train your employees on how to talk to potential guests, and update your reservation system.
