Amazing service!!!:)) the staff is polite and very helpful. They are quick to answer the phone if you call the front desk and are eager to serve. The place is decorated beautifully and tastefully. Very secure as well. To enter after hours you have to use your card. Also to go up or down on the elevator you have to use your card. The have a well stocked sundry and when I needed a shaving razor they gave me a razor and shaving cram for free. The rooms have super comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The location is also amazing. 10 minute walk to the moda center, 10 minute walk to the mall and the theatre. There is an awesome coffee shop as well in the lobby. There is a Denny's across the street also with amazing service. This hotel also has a well equipped gym, try, free weights, kettle bells and a few cardio machines.
