I'm still in the process of using Lineagen. So far I have been very impressed with the assistance that has provided. My case worker has been helpful in reminding me to follow up with anything that needs to be done. As a busy mom, I can always use a company that takes the lead in customer service! I would recommend this company for friends and family.
