Horrible experience. They try to milk your wallet at every turn: (i) they tried to charge an extra $1000 for a car procession from the funeral home to the cemetery (after 30 minutes of arguing, they took off that charge); (ii) they refused to play a slideshow at the funeral home unless it was in the DVD format and -- of course -- for an extra charge they would make a DVD for you (we ended up making a DVD ourselves); (iii) at the cemetery, they did not give the family sufficient time to say good-by and rushed us away so they could get done with the burial quickly. They only care about making money and not about how you feel at the most vulnerable of times. Stay away.
