The agency is advised to take out some unsupported couches that are placed transversely to the armchairs which do not give much use, instead of putting all the armchairs together, in this way they would gain space, they could also increase another window next to the current one to cases or events such as the one indicated and when its use is required, one of the customer service people who have 5 cubicles could be available, taking into account that the people who go to be attended there can sit comfortably waiting for their turn .
