Very bad service and no cooperation from staff

Very bad service and no cooperation from staff
When I arrived at the hotel, there was no baggage agent, and the reservations clerk was unhelpful and did not accept the manager's request to complain.
Very bad hotel especially very bad treatment with Arab guests
