TD Bank doesn't provide any way to download all do...

TD Bank doesn't provide any way to download all document online, told me to pick up in person only, yet they forced me & other customers to take the mask off for "safety" reasons, no matter I showed my id to them. Meanwhile their staffs are well covered with masks....
They are not following the current pandmedic policy at all, definitely a health hazard in downtown Toronto.
