I purchased two seats to the tune of $325, after not receiving them two weeks later I called half a dozen times but no one ever answers or calls you back. So I tried to email them, I got a response three days later with the tracking number which I already had but the items were never actually shipped because I called FedEx to confirm. The tracking number simply said a label was created. After many more attempts at calling someone actually answered and told me the item was returned to them due to a bad address..which was a lie. So I gave them a different address and he assured me it would be sent out in the next day or two. Two weeks later I have no seats or tracking number. After many many attempts to call Rob decided to answer the phone, I explained the whole story and he said if I give him a different address he will get them sent out. I told him I went through this same hamster wheel two weeks ago, summer is now half over and I just wanted a refund because I bought seats elsewhere. He quickly said "well we have your info" then hung up on me!!!! I didn't bother to try and ring them back because I knew they just wouldn't answer like always, so I waited 5 days for my refund then I disputed the charge with my credit card company. This company has terrible customer service and Rob should be fired. Do not order from these crooks
