I recently attended a workshop on sustainable agriculture at St. Mary's Nutrition Center of Maine/ Lots to Gardens. The session was insightful and provided valuable information on growing food in urban areas. The facilitators were experienced and passionate, making the learning experience enjoyable. The workshop not only taught me practical gardening techniques but also emphasized the importance of community involvement. I would definitely attend more workshops in the future.
