I had an average experience with Smith/Burgett Architects, Inc. The quality of their work was satisfactory, but the communication could have been better. The team was responsive, but there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, they delivered the project on time and within budget, but I expected a bit more attention to detail.
