This place is horrible!! Every time I try to call for an appointment or cancel one I am on hold for at least 5-10 minutes. When they finally answer they try everything they can to prevent you from making an appointment. For a doctors office you would think that would be counterproductive. The front desk ladies seem to think that they can screen patients on the phone for who needs an appointment or not which I think is the job of a healthcare professional and not administration. Currently I am waiting for a manager. Lead supervisor Judy says that my kids can not be seen because they are on chips and their PCP is booked until the end of the month........ Disappointing. Not a good job UTMB
