This is my fourth time here, with this time around being the first after their renovations and changes. I will say it seems to have gone downhill and doesn't have that same wow factor that I brought out-of-towners to experience.

My biggest gripe is that they got rid of the small glass souvenir bottles of coke at the very end. Like thoroughly upset. It was a commemorative keepsake for you to take with you. When I inquired about it, apparently, 93% of surveyees preferred an ice cold coke at the beginning. Which is one of the new things now, where upon entering you're offered a small can of coke classic, diet coke, coke zero, or coke life. This survey was worded in a way that said "do you prefer an ice cold coke at the beginning" vs. "A warm souvenir coke at the end." The latter is not for you to drink on the spot. It was a cool piece of memorabilia with the World of Coke logo. Plus it was immediately after the tasting room where you could drink as much sugary drinks as your heart desired.

It's fun to try all the drinks from around the world. Warning, floor will be sticky. Also some drinks definitely taste like butt, fun seeing people's reactions though. Another letdown, we bought "big surprise pack" in the gift shop for $8.99 where they were supposed to WHOO and ring a cowbell. We got nothing.

So yeah, taking that end gift away really makes me leave the World of Coke with a longing for what used to be. I guess it's still an okay place to take out of town visitors to pass some time. But definitely low on my prioritization totem pole.
