I hate having to go to the Jockey plaza, it is always crowded and it bothers me to have to pay 5 soles an hour despite the fact that one spends much more in stores. There should be some way not to pay for parking if any amount is consumed in an establishment. But the good thing is that there is a lot of variety of stores. If you go it is to stay a good while and take advantage of the time in the traffic that it took you to get there.
