Today and on September 29, 2020, my husband and I were at Beyond Wrapture Day Spa for a 90min Couples Massage. What an incredible way to self indulge!

We have been attending this Spa every 4-6 weeks for the past 3 years. We would like to commend the team there on their professionalism and ability to administer an incredibly firm massage targeting those tense muscle groups. We are always so impressed by their techniques that quickly aid us in regaining some increased flexibility.

COVID Times altered our opportunity to attend Beyond Wrapture regularly. However, the Kelowna establishment has adapted with the provincial guidelines as many other businesses have, to ensure the safety of their staff as well as their patrons.

When booking with them, they telephone screen and prepare you for your unique Spa experience. Upon arrival, staff have you complete a quick questionnaire to ensure no risk of COVID is present. Patrons are encouraged to perform hand hygiene as well as to wear a mask. In the event that you did not come prepared, the Spa offers a lovely assortment of masks. The attending staff wear masks or they position themselves behind plexiglass to ensure provincial policy compliance around social distancing.

During our treatment (massage)in the prone position, we are not required to wear a mask. However, once turned to supine, the masks are donned again. Safety precautions are evident with every task that is performed at Beyond Wrapture.

On behalf of my husband and I, we would like to thank Richard, Nayelli and Nerissa for their utmost professionalism and concern for everyone s safety. We cannot wait to return once again.
