Delivery was your mattress. Would be put down at the front door. Weighs over 20 kg. I live on the first floor. The driver just rang the bell and he was gone. Didn't know which floor I live in! He must have had some help with transportation. I was alone and then I was allowed to haul the mattress up. It wasn't funny! Delivery on time.
