We really had a great experience in dealing with Lisa La. We purchase a new Toyota Sienna limited through the Costco Auto Program via the internet. Lisa call us within 5 min. of us exiting the Costco website. Her service is beyond our expectation. She deliver as promised. She tell us options and explain to us in detail, but never pressure us into buying. Even after we purchase the Van, if we had questions, Lisa is always happy to help. Most importantly she always return our calls. I will tell all my friends who wants to buy Toyota to give Lisa La a call.
