In March I'd purchased a Sandpiper 35ROK from Fun Town RV Houston. Making this my 1st 5th wheel. Traveling in from out of state I was looking to complete my purchase as quickly as possible. After I had arrived I was greeted by John Popp, my sales person I had been dealing with over the phone. He had all of my paperwork complete and ready to be finished up by Ms. Lucy Anzaldua in finance. In between this time (which wasn't very long at all) I was introduced to Roy Moore the sales manager. I couldn't be leave how friendly everyone were to me, it wasn't the nagging sales person, it was more on a person to person level. After I was given a total walk through of my camper with an inspection to correct any problems I may of had. After finishing up I was introduced to David Kidd the General manager. Needless to say they kept their word and I was able to get it completed very quickly. I feel very satisfied and comfortable about my purchase and truly feel that if I ever experience any trouble with my unit that I have made a group of friends to help me along the way in getting them resolved.
