If there was a spot for zero stars; I would choose...

If there was a spot for zero stars; I would choose that one. This place is despicable! I have a loved one there; and have called 5 times to check on her. I was transferred on the floor 5 times, and guess what? No one has answered. Hours have passed, and I still have not spoken to anyone regarding my sister! The receptionists continue to transfer me to a voicemail. This place smells to high heavens; is dirty; the patients are not cared for; and the staff does nothing,with the exception of a few. Disgusting facility! It should be SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update: My sister has now transitioned to her home in Heaven. Now, her soul is at rest. No more pain; no more sorrow; no more surgeries; no more tears; and no more loneliness. I love you Sis. I miss you so much that my soul aches. Rest with the angels my dearest Sister. Kiss Jesus and Mommy for me. I will see you again one day!
