J.W.Speaker. I would like to share with you.
I bought their headlights about a year ago, and I was so happy to make this purchase. I wanted to see them on my new car! Back then, these headlights were very rare to see. I paid $ 1600, plus shipping charges. That was fine with me because I was very happy to have them! I did not even get upset that they did not fit right ?! when I put them on my JEEP WRANGLER RUBICON 2012.
I even received so many complements on the streets and from my friends. I even recommend these headlights to a few friends of mine.
Then I got a little bit disappointed when I ran out my headlights blink / flick when engine runs. I was not able to fix this problem. Besides that, after washing my car, the headlights began to condense. The same thing was going on after each rain, and the condensed water was disappearing only in few days. For the last half a year, I have this condensed water all the time. This situation really very upsets me!
That's why I decided to contact J.W. Speaker, and I described them my problem. They told me they will solve this problem in the nearest future. I called them about six times, and they were the conversations with their managers: John Walker, Christina, Tara, and few more. Another phone calls were redirected to voicemail, and they were called ONLY ONCE after the conversation with one live person. They never replied.
After three weeks of waiting, I began to call every day. All the time, there is only one answer: "John Walker is working on your problem". I already had the head of irritated voices from their company twice. One of them, was Tara. Today, she said we have to be patient; John Walker is still working on the problem, and we have to wait.
I have few companies that are connected to sales, services, and tech. support. I NEVER let my personnel or myself show an irritated voice to my customers. I try to solve any issue ASAP, and my customers ALWAYS know what's going on; plus, we always return any phone calls.
I still hope that J.W. Speaker will contact me and solve this problem soon!
