A very positive experience from sales to installation. Sales: straight forward costs; no "five year contract" kind of garbage; prompt call back, clear and detailed quote. Service: on-site person was professional and efficient. Fixed the issues that I had with existing hardware (because it was installed wrong); set up features that were important to me; cleaned up every last piece of dust (including scrapping old stickers off my windows). Response: call back on my first false alarm was IMMEDIATE (previous company was sometimes 10-15 minutes before then called). Staff at the call centre are courteous and helpful. What a change from the adversarial approach of the previous "International" company that I was with.
