I read a lot of bad reviews from people who are in special situations. We bought our first home and everything was arranged smoothly. Mortgage sum was considerably higher than among competitors. Website is user-friendly, safe and gives a lot of information.
Can not find me in the bad reviews. Perhaps this is because we have arranged it by a mediator.
