Found a piece of metal after waiting 3 hours for our delivery... we were told 75 mins till our food would be delivered we waited 80 mins called only to find out the extremely rude woman who took our order put it in the pickup basket instead of the delivery so then a manager was put on the phone who refunded us but remade the food and sent it out another hour later. We think finally we can eat ( even though we ordered over 2 hours ago) so we dive in I get about half way through my fettuccine Alfredo only to find a piece of metal in my food. Service was awful I called to let the manager know politely and he told me there is nothing they can do... how about say I'm so sorry? Wasnt asking for Credit or a free meal was just so displeased with service I thought my husband and I deserved an apology for the horrible customer service. Used to love this place now will never return. Also have photos of the metal in my food won't let me add a pic
