Extremely poor customer service. Member for 5 year...

Extremely poor customer service. Member for 5 years. Service interruptions constantly and price hikes. It seem they want to fail and don't care about people at all. Sit in the office for 20 mins and people only complain and disconnected service. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY.
