This insurance is a joke. I'm calling from a provider's office for a patient who unfortunately has this for his worker's comp insurance. I have been on the phone for over a hour trying any and all lines to speak to a person with no success? Does anyone actually work here? Ridiculous. If you have a choice run away from this insurance.
