I sent my manuscript to them, it came back in a worst state, all the formatting was out throughout the entire book, I spent hours over many days having to instruct on every single page where formatting had to be changed back to what I originally sent them. They made absolutely no attempt to reach out to me, not a word of apology or any offer to rectify. My work was doubled.
At one stage I requested by email for someone to phone me, not once but five times. On the fifth occasioni threatened to go to someone higher up the chain of command, then suddenly wouldn't you know, I get a phone call. For a so called Christian organisation there service stinks.
