My mother ordered a pool, on the day she ordered she was told eleven days it would be delivered. The payment was taken out of her account a few days after the ordered. Never received an email or any notification. Two weeks later no pool, she called to see when it would be delivered. She was told it was on back order, and would received it in 3 to 4 weeks they werent sure. She cancelled the order, was told it was be refunded in 2 to 3 days. I found her another pool cheaper at another pool place and she received it in 5 days. Today she call In The Swim, to inquire about her refund, and was told there was no record of the cancellation and the pool was in route to her house. How can there not be any record of the cancellation but they have a comment that she was not happy the day she called about the order. Now they tell her she has to wait for the pool to be delivered and send it back and they receive it back in their warehouse, before she gets her money refunded. Worst customer service. We've been ordering my other pool supplies from In the Swim for years. After this we won't be ordering anything again.
