My name is Eric Dejesus. I was a patient at Bayshore Hospital from December 10 -December 24 2018. I am writing to let you know that my stay there was better than I ever expected. The care I received was excellent. The nurses and staff on the 4th floor my room was 438a .The staff there gave me excellent care. Crystal was one of the nurses there and she stood out the most to me. She informed me so much about my condition. I called this crew the 'A Team'. There the best at Bayshore. My family and I will always be forever grateful to all the staff there for all the help and care and expertise to getting me better. Thank you again, Eric
