This is the most incompetent bunch of bafoons I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I was using the VA to go through the program which started in August. Ken, the VA liaison, repeatedly failed to submit my paperwork to the VA for four months. When it finally was received by the VA, it was void of any completed hours, keeping my housing allowance from being issued.

On top of that, the classroom instruction was completely useless. I can't figure out if it was the instructor or the curriculum but nonetheless, it was a complete waste of 2-3 hours, twice a week.

Maybe this is a fluke and Ken isn't a complete moron but he consistently failed to impress me with his total lack of doing his job!
