Having purchased 3 consecutive vehicles from McLarty Daniel I was primed to swing by and buy 2 new Jeeps. I picked out the ones I wanted and call in to the sales team to validate they were in stock, the price and some additional information about the rebates being offered. The sales rep who spoke with me was going to visit with her manager and would call be back in 10 minutes... That call never came... Is that how you treat a return customer... Really? I guess I should have expected this based on my last communication with Russ. I will start shopping somewhere else.

Note to owners: Before insulting this customer more with statements like, Oh, Our GM would appreciate the opportunity to visit about your experience , Oh, We appreciate the feedback and would appreciate an opportunity to address your concern... blah blah blah. The way you show customers they are important is to not let issues like this happen. Yes we are all human, and we all make mistakes but feedback like that is insulting. Try honesty for a change... Dear Customer, I want to personally say I am sorry for (insert issue). We dropped the ball by (Insert detail). It may not feel good to admit you messed up but at least I can respect that.

Follow Up - About 5 hours after the promised time the dealership choose to call. May to keep your word guys!...
