This is the second time we have had Lincoln out to help us and that is what they did. The first time the owner himself came out and told me what to do to fix my problems and he did not even charge me a service call charge, that was awesome so when I ran into trouble again I knew exactly who I was going to call. Justin B was the service technician and he was polite and efficient. He quickly fixed the leak and all is well and completely repaired. They do not tell you you have something wrong that is not wrong. Very honest company. The woman Irene I believe is her name was absolutely on top of it not to mention sweet and very good at her job and follow through. I wouldn't call anyone else in the future. Thank you Lincoln and thank you Irene for fitting me into your busy schedule in a timely manner.
