I had a really great experience with them when I got signed as far as the customer service and experience, but they promised to send me at least 3 jobs a day to apply for.. I maybe get 3 jobs a month that actually apply to me (gender, age, height, etc). They didn't classify that I would be receiving jobs that I do not have the specifications for. Lack of communication is a huge issue as well. It was like they only cared about me when they were asking for money to be put on the website and get comp cards, after that I haven't heard back in months. It's clear they don't care much about their current clients and only obtaining new ones. My advice would be don't waste your time, find another agency.

UPDATE 9/12/20: Since I posted this review they have been a bit more communicative and supportive. I also have received more jobs to apply to, still haven't gotten any of the jobs though.
