I am giving Rockford Insurance 5 stars because of how appreciative they handled a claim. Their insured hit and totaled our car. Rockford, in particular Jessica and Aaron, handled the claim as quickly as they could. They provided us towing, rental car, and a fair price for our totaled vehicle. Jessica and Aaron were also very kind, professional, and answered all my questions whenever I called them. It's never pleasant to be involved in an accident, but at least this insurance company made the pain a little more bearable.Also, if they treated me this well I'm sure they did their insured as well. If I were to ever leave my insurance company Liberty Mutual I would seriously think about insuring with Rockfod and I have never heard of them before, so that's saying a lot for their service!
