I wish I did not have to give this company 1 star. We moved out of state. Not only did the representatives or management NOT provide the information we requested about our "lease," even when they said they would, they behaved unprofessionally with cavalier attitudes when we tried to make changes to emergency contact(s). Customer service is poor. BE WARNED - if you move, they will not work with you to to adjust your lease - EVEN IF YOU MOVE TO AN AREA WHERE THEY DO NOT EVEN OFFER THE SERVICE. They actually told us we have to find someone to assume the lease and did not assist as they assured us they would. They made no effort to help and seem not to have working agreements with other service providers to transfer leases. Good customer service starts with doing what you say you will do. The staff hired representing this company missed that lesson. I highly recommend you find a month-to-month service to monitor your home and certainly never lease anything from this company. If you're already stuck with this company and sell your home, I recommend trying to work the lease into your purchase agreement - save yourself some grief and from paying for something literally no one is using.
