Fascinating insight into the past through these historic caves. A guided tour through the underground caverns of about an hour, with insight into how they were formed, rediscovered as well as tales of who once lived there. A few slopes and low roofs, but pretty easy to walk for young and old. A steady temperature of 14c so you might need a jumper. A good way of passing the morning or afternoon for anyone on holiday in the Torbay area. Also a woodland adventure walk outside, which is more challenging for those with mobility issues or if you have a pushchair as quite steep and some steps. A nice little cafe inside serving a range of food and drink, plus the customary shop with all the paraphernalia you'd expect from a museum type shop. Definitely worth a visit.
