We spent five weeks to request the removal of our mortgage. Always the promise that there would be a reaction, only to have to call back afterwards.

A ludicrous condition for moving your mortgage along with you is that the transfer date of the sale of your home must be for the purchase of your new home, so that you will always be a period without a home. The fact that your house was sold / financial reservation has expired is therefore not relevant.

This condition is rather unclearly described in the general terms and conditions and also the Bijbouwe personnel (which previously contradicted and contradicted several times) is surprised. 0.0 flexibility.

Because the move had to be done via a third person, we started working with a mortgage advisor. But now that we do not seem to be buying / selling, this also seems to be a pointless spending. All in all the then attractive interest of Bijbouwe has cost us dozens of phone calls, mails and thousands of euros.

Communication was dramatic 2 years ago at the shutdown, with a new provider you could still expect this, but apparently nothing has improved since then.
