I extensively researched the local Sydney market for quality light shade Travertine tiles before I finally settled on MarmOnyx's stock of Persian Travertine. Having just completed tiling a large area, I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The consistency of shading and sizing were of primary consideration for me and I thought MarmOnyx's stock was within reasonable tolerances in that regard.
Buying direct from the importer is also a distinct advantage, because you can inspect the stock in person, rather than looking at hand-picked samples from old stock which, most of the time, is not what you are going to get at time of purchase.
