We usually dread the "car dealer" experience but Kelly Hanes made our purchase painless! She gave us specs over the phone, text us photos that weren't available online and started all the financing over the phone! With 2 small children we want to make the time in the dealership as short as possible and Kelly moved the process along as fast as possible. And, when we switched up the upgrades we wanted and realized that the paperwork wasn't quite matching a comparable car priced online - she honored the online deal saving us another $785 ---- no questions asked!
