I just finished having Jeff visit my property in NW Illinois. and can say without a doubt he is in a league of his own with regard to creating a cohesive land plan that fits everything together in a logical fashion. Hire him if you're serious about property management done the right way. Compared to what you spend on purchasing hunting land these days his fee is a drop in the bucket. Well worth every penny and I am certain the plan he formulated will produce. I can't wait to impletement it.
