I truly enjoyed my experience with GAINSCO and my Agent Johnny Garcia! When I called I was hesitant and tired after calling and speaking with a few other insurance companies already. I was just about to hang up when Johnny came on the line. He was pleasant, professional, and a true joy to work with. I already had a quote from searching online and figured that Johnny would try to up sell me on something else. Boy, was I wrong; he took my quote number and then still got me a better deal than I was quoted online. My paperwork was in my email before I could even hang up the phone. I m so excited for the opportunity to be with such a great company! Thank GAINSCO but most of all thank you Johnny Garcia for the personal and professional touch you added to my family s experience!
