It's really nice to finally have a full grocery store in Eagle Mountain! The produce is consistently great. They have a really good butcher working the meat department who really knows his stuff. They really crammed a lot into a little store. Checking out can be a mess. They don't have many lanes and they only open 2 or 3 of them. It would be nice to have a self checkout lane for people coming home from work with 3 or 4 items. Also, they need soft serve ice cream in their deli. They would make a fortune every Monday night.
