Best Ford dealer around!! NorthStar Ford is one of the best dealers you can find anywhere. I'd dare you to find another Ford dealer that pays as much attention to their customers. From Dave in Sales, Kevin in finance to the service team including Rob, Tom, and Carlos, to the team at quick lube including Mike, to customer service including Keith who is great at making sure every detail was covered. Of course Brian the owner orchestrates everything so incredibly well and it shows with the consistency I see as a customer and the service I get every time I walk in the door! I know there are a lot of other great people working in the background to ensure my vehicles are on the road running that I didn't mention! I thank everyone at NorthStar Ford the excellent work they do!!! I'm sorry I haven't met everyone yet, however, at the rate I'm going I'm sure I will! Keep up the great work!!
