Melody Rose at Neat Capital was a joy to work with. This was my second time doing business with her (she also did the loan for my condo), and the experience was great. She was very responsive, answered all my questions and provided advice that best fit my needs. She truly cares about what she does and her clients, and went above and beyond from inquiry to close. The fact that she s open to receiving and responding to texts is a plus, too! I d recommend her!!
