On May 7, 2020, I ordered a vacuum cleaner, I needed it very quickly due to an unexpected move to a new apartment, so I chose Alza because I believed in her everywhere advertised reliability. 11.5. the vacuum cleaner was supposed to be delivered to me, which unfortunately did not happen. So I called the line, where I got an apology and passed the contact to the carrier (yes, the lady on the line did not bother to call him herself). So I called the carrier who urged delivery the next day, but again it didn't happen. 11.5.-20.5. I called Alza every morning at 8 o'clock and begged them to resolve the situation, that I was in a new apartment that was dusty and I really needed the vacuum cleaner ordered. I always got the exact same answer "it's the carrier's fault, we will try to write to him and I was given a contact to the carrier. (Sadly, no one thought of anything more effective after a week of emailing the carrier, because this solution was obviously useless). out of dozens of calls in which I asked (yes, I PLEASED for the package I paid for) and asked for compensation for these complications, the master on the line interrupted me "something else, ma'am? I have another 16 people on the line. "After this call, I sincerely cried in despair. Today is 20.5.2020, I HAVE NO MONEY AND I DON'T HAVE MY SHIPMENT I go to order the goods elsewhere, I hope you will return my money and you can be sure that I will never buy here again .. I am disappointed and disgusted by your customer .. not even that If you can't deliver the goods within 13 days of placing your order .. then I don't understand how you can offer delivery today. I didn't want to write a negative review, but unfortunately that's probably the only way to get one of your employees to He called me, phones and emails don't work .. for example, when it's public, someone will finally be interested :).
