Urban Palms has been an excellent apartment complex. The grounds are very well maintained and watched closely. Problems are fixed quickly (I always use the online form.) I recommend getting reserved parking due to towing vehicles. My one complaint is that we was not informed if we did not originally sign a 1 year contract that our RENT would NOT be locked in at that rate! In saying this, be careful because they will haggle with you for higher rent which can be negotiated for a lower rate with an increase of course! With this being said, we will be leaving after this lease period because before too long due to increases each expiration, we can be in something much nicer with more amenities. I tried to explain this and was told by management that it was in the fine print of the lease. Good luck.
