The exterior is decent; however, the interior was not so great. The room was not clean. The tub had hair left in it. The wet bar sink was gross. It had something left in it. There was a hole near the windows. There was trash from the previous guests on the floor. The place was dusty, too. Our room was not cleaned the entire duration of my 3 day stay. I had to call multiple times to tell them the room was not clean and that I needed fresh towels. The front desk staff was friendly, but that didn t make up for the rest of the issues we experienced. The place is not well kept. It needs a major cleaning and renovation. On another note, the bar staff had a negative attitude. As I sat at the bar, I could clearly hear their disdain for dealing with the customers and guests of the hotel. Not sure how this hotel has any good ratings. I would not stay at this Embassy Suites again. The free breakfast and evening reception were not worth it. There are definitely better options in the area!
