Brilliant ??? Really ?

Brilliant ??? Really ?

I phoned up the restaurant and spoke to the restaurant manager called raj and asked if it s possible to do certain food without onion and garlic and he said it s absolutely fine . I phoned again just to make sure and he said the same thing .
So we come in the restaurant and first thing we smell is sewage .
Second problem they said they can t do certain dishes without onion and garlic !
I was fuming at this point but we stayed anyway as we had no choice plus we had a baby, I felt he stitched me up . I made it clear I only want chicken breast in all my dishes so the waiter nodded it s fine .
So we get one of the chicken starter and we realised its slightly raw . So the manager comes and says that s normal as it s chicken thigh . I m like we didn t want chicken thigh but he kept saying I told you and we was shocked how he behaved because he was persistently telling me I told you . So he went and asked the waiter and the waiter admitted he said everything will be chicken breast . So the manager said we take that off your bill and we will deduct this from the waiter wages not sure there allowed to do this by law . I said you don t need to do that as he made a honest mistake .
We were shocked about the management behaviour . And..... we had more issues , they bought some dishes out which we didn t order for example garlic nan and they gave us plain nan . Due to dietary requirement we asked chilli paneer without onion and we made it very loud and clear but they bought it with onions . This can put danger to life if someone asked a certain dish without nuts or something else incase they have a allergy . Moving onto food it was average nothing special . I came here 10 years ago and it was nice there from management to service and food . Not sure what went wrong . Seekh kebabs was ok and chicken tikka but wasn t wowed . Mutter paneer no taste . Dal makhani no seasoning . Nan was very doughy and uncooked some parts . Salmon over cooked . Mogo was so hard it was like eating concrete , I thought my tooth might fall out . I wanted to give my feedback to the manager but he was so arrogant specially the way he spoke to his staff and I didn t want to make a scene as I was with my family but I hope the owner knows he has a idiot running his restaurant and I hope he didn t deduct the waiter wage . Would I come back again ??? HELL NO . Gordon Ramsey recommends this restaurant apparently which is advertised in the restaurant ???
Really ? I been to many Indian restaurants around the world this one has been the worse . I would have gave 3 star but the manager behaviour was unprofessional so this restaurant gets a big fat 1 star .
