Was not happy with the way the alarm was set up . Long story short, stopped using ADT, owed them money but didn't realize since the bill was sent to a different address (thought we were settled up since I told them we weren't renewing after I paid them). Couple months later I get a call from ADT about why I cancelled and I told him I'd like to come back to ADT but that I wanted to change the alarm setup. Guy never mentioned a bill. Asked him to call me back b/c I was at work but he never called me back. About 2 months later I get a call from GCQ Canada collection agency saying I owe ADT money. I call ADT to see what happened, and asked if maybe we could work something out where I would sign back up and we could deal with the bill through ADT instead of collections. The phone lady said she couldn't talk to me about my account because it was with collections. She couldn't even sign me up again. We said our goodbyes. I called the collection agency and paid the money. Now I have to find an alarm company that actually wants my business. Gave two stars because the first person I called at ADT was very nice. True Story. The End.
