The staff is very nice and the decor is great. A lovely boutique hotel in close proximity to a lot of the Paris must-sees. Although we read other reviews about lack of AC and managements response stating that it was present, be aware that there is no AC. It wasn t hot, as it s the winter, but not having any sort of air flow is rather annoying. The windows open all of three inches so it can get stuffy. The noise from one room/floor to another is easily transferred and hearing people walking around all night isn t the best way to spend your Christmas Eve. It s a nice place with a great location and staff, but I wouldn t stay here again.
