NEVER MORE warehouses!

NEVER MORE warehouses!
My partner and I moved together. Both apartments were visited before the offer. After a sustained request, we even received the general contract provisions for relocation insurance - which we fortunately concluded. The offer came quickly and we concluded the contract with warehouses.
Was agreed 1 person for the dismantling of the furniture, 1 person as a "loader" and two carriers.
Come 1 person who dismantled the furniture and charged and 3 inexperienced temporary employees.
Already at the first charging point there was great delay due to the inexperience.
In the afternoon it was my turn to live. The help came then a bureaucrat who told me that we are just unlucky. My massive wooden table (extendable) they did not want to dismantle despite my admonition. On the contrary, you wanted to put it upside down (it's over 100kg). The table legs went past both broken. No apology followed! At least the furniture dealer was called, which fortunately still had similar colored table legs and arranged the move of the table. Again an inappropriate comment, "they have taken out the insurance.
From warehouses nobody dared to ask us or to apologize.
After the move, we found even more defects, but we avoid contact with such a company.
Next time we take another cheap company with permanent employees.
