Gotta get stuck with 1 star since they cant get lo...

Gotta get stuck with 1 star since they cant get lower. This VA hospital always has to reschedule due to staff not scheduling right or doctors not coming in. My knee has been messed up since 2011 and they refuse to reason with me.
